Who we are

Zoomy Plane is a flying game for children, made by AYCE Software (Darren Tran). This policy covers the Zoomy Plane iPhone app and this website, zoomyplane.com.

For parents: the short list

• Data Not Collected. The app does not collect, store or share personal information about your child or you.
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking. The app has no advertising, no analytics and no third-party code (no third-party SDKs).
• No accounts, chat or sharing. There is nothing to sign up for and no way to talk to other people.
• No internet needed. The game, its pictures and its sounds are all inside the app. It sends nothing to us or to anyone else. The only time the app reaches the internet is when it talks to Apple’s App Store to show the price, or when a grown-up buys or restores the unlock. The app has no links out to websites.
• Settings stay on the device. Grown-up settings (such as Invert up/down), the last plane and place your child picked, and a note that the unlock was bought are saved only on the device, and are removed when you delete the app.
• Purchases go through Apple. The one optional purchase is processed by Apple. We never see payment details or Apple Account information. Apple’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the purchase.
• Grown-up check. Buying, restoring and the settings sit behind a grown-up multiplication question, so a child cannot reach them by accident.

Children and COPPA

Zoomy Plane is made for children. Because we do not collect personal information from children, we do not need to ask for verifiable parental consent under the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

This website

This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, analytics, trackers or contact forms, and it loads nothing from other websites. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, handles each request (including your IP address) to deliver the page and may keep standard server logs for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or follow visitors.

Parents and guardians can email privacy@zoomyplane.com with any question about Zoomy Plane or this policy. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If a future version of Zoomy Plane changes anything on this page, we will update this policy and the date at the top before that version is released.
